LEISURE | SCRAPBOOKING ... The Equipment..

... so you have got the to-do-list ... now what's next ....

... well obviously .. what u need is the equipment .... u can't cook an egg without frying pan ....
... u can't take a photo without a camera.... u can't surf the net w/out the modem ..... u can't drive a car w/out the car ..... u can't gossip without any partner .... u can't .... eeer.... oh well.... u get the idea ....
.. so does Scrapbooking .... unless everything is pre-cut .. then that's different story .....

... The Cutter ... to make life easier.... hmmmm... pssst ... actually u can use any type of cutter ... but hei ... it is jus a matter of preferences .... back to the ol' skool rule .... CTS ... Cost ... Time Speed .... or CTQ ... Cost Time Quality thingy ....
