Moving away from the sadness of the prison, here are some interesting signages and graffiti in the city.
First, is this cute bunnies, pink bunny and blue bunny, painted over an electrical distribution box.
Then, found hiding in a same complimenting brightly coloured garbage bins is this girl in bikini, also painted over the electrical box.
And this is really something, some sort of reminder, sheeps in suits, or is it really fox in a "sheep's clothing?Just like an "ethical hacker", these are some of the "ethical graffiti", conveying some sort of hidden message in every art.
Saw an interesting banner or some sort of an ads.
No Feelings ... for anybody else ..... wow... kinda cruel ain't it .... .. or is this some sort of a public expression of one's feeling....
Just some interesting posters, signages, ads and the like, found along the journey.
This sign can be found almost everywhere, even in Brunei, but this is quite interesting because it has the Korean writings on it, plus the so contrasting wall.
And somewhere near the vicinity, saw this interesting poster like ads, not so sure what it was all about thou.
And obviously, advertising does not only be on the wall or lamp post, it can also be hung on the neck of a willing person.
Just to give a break from the Black & White series, here is something with colour.
The sign says it all, in other words, don't misuse anything, even if it a good stuff.Too much of something, is bad sometimes.
.. it is the time of the year again .... where many Muslim will prepare themselves to travel .. and perform the Hajj ... ... Performing the Hajj is one of the 5 pillars of Islam ... a must for those who have fulfilled the religious requirement ..... ... in most countries ... people who have perform the Hajj .. are usually called ... Haji (for men) ... or Hajjah (for women) ....... strong mental health or determination ...is needed to perform the hajj ...it is totally different from our ordinary travel holiday trips .... as this is not a holiday ... one need to sacrifice oneself ... to pray.. and devote oneself to God the Al-Mighty ... 
... while traveling to one of the near-by country .... saw this sign ... Haji Lane .... Haji Lane ... is actually a named of a guy called .. Lane .. who performed the Hajj ... and thus called Haji Lane! .... hmmm... nope... just kidding ... ignore the story ..... well if you wanna know the story behind it ... you can search it on the net ... ;) ... To those performing the Hajj .. where ever you are ... ... Selamat menunaikan fardhu Haji ... semoga mendapat Haji yang mabrur ....
... August is the month of "National Days" ... from Singapore .. to India .... to Indonesia ..... then Malaysia ... and some other nations are celebrating their National Day in the month of August ...

.... what comes to mind when the word "Singapore" is mentioned? ..... for most people .... it will going to be ..... Orchard Road .... Shopping .... i.e. ... shopping@Orchard .... or shopping thereabout ....... well... i would suggest this time around.... for those enthusiast photographer ... I'd suggest ... dished out Orchard Road ... get away from it ... go somewhere else.... "get-lost" ..... go out ... ride the MRT ... follow the "circle route" ... and hop out to any destination which might interest you ....
.... Arab Street in Singapore ... famous for its textiles and fabrics etc ....... ~ .. jalan-jalan ke negeri arab ... pakai baju berderab-derab ...~..." ... waaal fadang fasir wul .... tumpuk-tumpuk ............. "
GF TIPS FOR TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY
1. .. some people have asked ... which equipment/gear/lens to bring ... well.. just follow your heart .... bring all the equipments that you can afford to bring/carry ... kit lens .... tele-zoom .... prime lens .... ultra-wide zoom lens ..... and bring along your tripod if you will .... because you never know you might need a particular lens... and you might blame yourself for not tugging it along with you ...
2. Do I have to bring all the equipments everywhere I go at the destination?
... no u just leave it in your hotel room! .. Dooh! ... why u wanna leave it in your hotel room? .. Might as well not to bring all the gears at the first place! ... well.. the actual answer is ... yes of course.. u need to bring all or some of the gears .. make sure u have a proper camera bag ... be it a shoulder bag, slingbag .. or a bag pack( thou the most comfortable but backpack is quite troublesome to get the gears in and out of the bag)
3. So if I am to carry the camera bag, how can I carry all my shopping bags?
.... hmmmm... on top of your head or you can bring an assistant with u!... oh well.. if you are asking me such question, you are like asking, can I eat while I drive? .. or can I play Tuba and dance at the same time? .... well u can ... but it is going to be ultimately difficult ...
.... if u wanna go shopping, don't bring your camera equipments then ... shopping and photography doesn't work well with each other ... unless you are shopping for camera equipments .. or photographing people shopping.. then .. that is a different story ...
4.How about Batteries & Memory Cards?
... bring as much batteries as u could.. so much that they can power a third world country ...eeermm... not! ... just bring what u can, but for batteries, remember to bring your charger, and check if the socket is compatible with the place of destination.... where as for Memory Cards, if you are shooting RAW, then 1GB for sure is not enough, unless you wanna take ONLY ONE photo for each day... if you don't have loads of Memory Cards, bring your laptop, or external hard disk, or get those online storage thingy ... otherwise... use the smallest jpeg setting on your camera... for sure 1GB can get you about 1000 photos ....
5.Wear a comfortable footwear .... I'd recommend ... get a CROCS! ... tried & tested ... might looked ugly to some ... but hey ... it is extremely comfortable ... and of course... because the "cheerful" colour and funky designs of the CROCS ... you must be confident enough to wear it in public .... must not be shy shy one meh ... hmmm.. and if you think you are those shy type... well.. forget about bringing those bulky SLR with you then......as you might be just to shy to use the D/SLR in public too ...

... actually I wanted to shoot using the black & white film.. which I've already bought many months ago ... unfortunately (or fortunately) ... after double checking the suitability of the film ... it was found out that .. it could not be processed by the film lab in Brunei ... no such equipment to develop it ....... hence I just resort to using the colour film .... but as not to "menghampakan" .. harapan .... I just convert the coloured photo to Black & White ...
.. a glimpse of the 24 Hours weekend bazaar along Jalan Sultan in the Capital ..... which started on 1800Hours Saturday to 1800 Sunday ........ this photo was taken during Sunday afternoon ...
.... for those who frequently uses the public transport would know what the numbers stand for ... hmmm.. nope ... not the 4 Digit numbers .. nor the QMS (Queue Management System) ... it is the number of the buses for the designated destination... .. BTW .. did u know that... there this hotel in Singapore .. where by... your hotel key card... can be used as the MRT travel card ... as well as for the buses .... ... and the key card can also be used to pay for your shoppings and your ticket to the movies... ( eeerr.. ignore the movie & shopping bit ... I'm just over exaggerating ... ;p)... anyway .... how cool can that be ... that's how the integration of electronic or e-thingy ... should be ... as well as the integration of the private and public sector .... 
... mmMmmm... I guess every good thing will end some day .... n with that ... I think it's ok for me to stop the Romance Series ........ n perhaps good photo to sum things up is this ......

... Insa Dong is the prominent Historic District in Seoul ... where one can find .. intriguing Golmoks (small alleys) .. old-fashioned & modern art galleries ... art & Craft shops ... traditional tea shops ... cafes ... restaurants ... even traditional courthouses .... and numerous historical landmarks...
.... this is just one "classic" example of the gallery/shop sign ... the sign is an art on its own ... brilliant ....
