In the recent news, Japan is now under pressure to reduce the emission of CO2 and other elements than could affect the ozone layer.One of the area which might be affected are those ubiquitous 24-7 convenient stores, which could be spotted almost every corner of the block.It was informed that, the 24 hours convenient store might be asked to minimised their operating hours and to be closed from 2300 to 0500hours, to safe energy.But most of the stores owner are not willing to do so, as it might affect their profits, furthermore, even they are to close their stores, other appliances such as refrigerator still needs to be switched on all the time.Even the public, are not to keen in having a lesser opening time for the store, especially those working the late nite shift.As till now, the matter are still under negotiations.

A joyous moment to celebrate after a fruitful event.
Hugging each other, happy as everything went well.On another note, it was a joyous moment for the McLaren's Team as well, as Lewis Hamilton won the 1st place in the Melbourne ING F1 yesterday (16.03.2008).It was an exhilarating race, even as early as before the first turn in the 1st lap, accident happens.Then there was another accident on Lap26, which affected Coulthard.I think the new regulation of disabling the Electronic Traction Control has taken its toll, when instead of turning the tyres, Raikkonen just drove straight ahead after passing Kovalainen.The Safety Car was "put-on-action" for couple of times.At the end of the race, only 7 cars managed to complete the race, with 3 different teams on the podium, and for the very first time, none of the Prancing Horse team completed the race.Nevertheless, Raikkonen were awarded 1 point for "finishing" 8th.Well, there's still a long season ahead, so many drama to come, and the next one will be Sepang Petronas F1 race in KL this weekend.

... these past few days have been a rough day for the people at the stock market business ...... the crisis in the US home loan sector have very much affected loads of the stock market around the globe ........ major Central Banks have to come in.. and injected a VAST amount of money to "stabilize" the market ... vast as in Billion of dollars ....... but this week is better than the previous ... where the market is not plunging as fast ....... the London's FTSE 100 index was up .......... by 0.19 percent...... at 6,231.00 points in Tuesday trade.....
.. a man looking at the updated Equity Indices ... making sure that his trading is doing OK or otherwise....
... whether this is a Bull Market ... or Bear Market ... it all depends on the investors confidence....
.. Bull if .. despite what's going on ... it still increases the investors' confidence.....
.. but Bear .... if pessimism gain more outcries .....
.. well.. we just have to "open-up" and be aware of what is happening around us ....
