Brunei | Rossa & Project POP Live in Brunei

Two well-known Indonesian artists (Rossa & Project Pop) made a live performance at the National Indoor Stadium Brunei, as it was held on a Saturday nite, lotsa people were there to view their fav. artists in person.

Two local Bruneian artist made a performance at the beggining of the show, the actual concert was a bit delayed, due to eeer.. not so sure what was the reason ... hehe ...

Nevertheless, when the actual "action" begins, it was marvellous, the very talented Rossa really do have a great vocal.... nice..... good package overall... Singing her top numbers including "Pudar".. she can really performed and kept the audience entertained despite the delay....

Project Pop, was really something, they are really some sort of a parody group, singing songs from other artist in a funny yet nice way .. and yea.. their vocals were good too ... each one of them.... "I Will Not Survive", "Dangdut is the Music of my Country" and many others were perfomed beautifully ....

The crowds were really into the mood.. dancing.. singing and "dangduting" with the performers...despite the clock was already past midnite...

Overall ratings... 8/10 well worth the ticket bought ...

Note: BTW next time, (Organizer listen..) please provide enough spotlight for the artist, especially if the artist is moving around and consist of more than one person, so that all the group member could be well lit when they move around...

would u believe if told u this is Ariel Peter Pan ....? naaahh .. It's Project Pop, but still good enough ...

... ~ ... uuuu .. benci aku ... uuuu... sebal aku .... uuuu keji aku ....~ eeerr is that right kah ... hehe oh well.... uuuu....

Technical notes on photo (for those who are curious): seating very far from the stage is not a good thing, especially when taking subject at a low lighting settings, if u wanna get a good photo be as close to the subject (but in my case, can't afford to.. hehe) so just relying on my 70-300mm telephoto zoom, these were the closest that I could get, and also with aperture of f/4.0-5.6 well, it was very challenging, camera shakes were inevitable, taking continuous shots did help, (at least 1 out of 10 can make it), did also bring along with me my 18-55mm and 50mm prime lens, but was not really satisfied with the field of view in this situation...
hmmm.... really wish I have those 70-200mm f/2.8 lens so that I can post and bring u more quality photo .... now.. where can I get it for a bargain ..? hehehe
