... some businesses run from 9-5 ... some only certain specific time .. and some even run 24 hours .... but whatever it is ... it depends on your ability ... or even what the customer needs....
... some people believe that ... customer comes first ... then the staffs ....
.. but I think .. that mindset should be changed .... thou customer is important .... but you must first make your staff "happy" .... a happy staff .... will work well.... that eventually ... they will serve the customer better .... ;)
