Although, I was wondering if you used an ND filter. How did you take this picture? I tried something like this and I had to shoot indoors, because of the light level.

As for this shot, If I can remember correctly, I did not use any ND filter, but just lowering the exposure a few steps.
I've seen your photo, look awesome as well...
btw, in this photo, I was just "playing around" with the zoom, thus creating such effect.
