It is the MoFAT, the Minstry of Foreign Affairs & Trade.

Established on the 1 January 1984 as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,(MFA), it was then renamed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade (MOFAT) on the 1 August 2005 as the International Relations & Trade of the Ministry of Primary Resources was merged to MFA.
